That's excellent for being limited by a stock exhaust.
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Very impressive that is something the guys at Samba T-1 guys should see.
That size engine and what I consider slight modifications, wow. It would help the T-4 mission, we are on.

Well to be completly honest those are the major mods as I see it. The heads are 1,7 heads reworked to 2.0 heads with some porting and 44/38 valves. H-beam rods, Chromo push rods and a lot of small things that adds up.

Thank you Clatter, I'm really pleased with the results but then again I've thrown alot of $ at this build.
The goal is to run it as it for this season, then next winter my goal is to build a set of headers (while retaining the heat option) so maybe next year this time we can see a comparison to what a set of headers does for it. The engine builder is certain it will make a better result with a better exhaust.
