It would be faster with the correct cam for the rest of the engine.

You have a stock low compression Bus engine with tiny heads and much too much cam.
It's not going to go.

Put flattop 96s in it with 1mm deck and HD springs, has a chance.
Heads are still too small for high RPM use, a Web73 would be a much better plan.

Web73 will make a lot more low end Tq but will be done by ~5K with those heads.
(The 2L bus heads limit you above ~4K regardless)

How do you know the required compression for any camshaft?
For example you told me 9,1 at least for the cb 2202 cam

You generally want to shoot for ~6.5-7:1, a bit more if you are water cooled and/or running premium fuel.
(Punch in the stock cam numbers and its right in there)
This is for carbs or port injection: Direct injection allows much higher compression.
