Cylinder Diameter At Head End

Hi. I'm making economy cylinder head chamber volume measuring kits. I have the cylinder O.D. measurements for the 103/105mm cylinder (115mm), and the 94/96mm cylinder (104.8). Does anyone know the 1700cc cylinder diameter, and if there are any other common cylinder sizes I should include? Thanks.
