Fuel Pressure

Hi all,
I am new to the forum.
Got a carb question.
Have a new 1915 engine with Dual Weber 40’s.
What should the fuel pressure be for a mechanical fuel pump.
My problem is when taking off normal and shifting gears I get a flat spot.
Not sure if to much pressure of not enough fuel supply.
Or do I need bigger jets in the carbs.

Sounds more like jetting or a dirty jet to me
