Spare/Space Saver Tire
A PO of my '69 Ghia did not completely pull out the spare tire well before replacing a fender and possibly the nose section. A standard 5.60-15" tire on a 4 lug wheel will not fit. I may have inquired before but does anyone know of a space saver combo that will fit the disc and drum brakes? I know it is not advisable to use unmatched tires but I would do a short emergency drive.

Dave,
There are numerous "space-saver" spares out there in sizes from 125-15 up to 165-15.
I would think a 145-15 or a 155-15 might be ideal for your situation.
It would fit your standard wheel.
Check with your local junk yard, you should find one very reasonable.

Yeah some may call it overkill, but you can't have too much overkill.

You can pick up a nice aluminum wheel version for a Boxster, maybe more money than a steel 911 spare, but also a good solution, and narrower.
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Gentlemen. Thank you for the reply and great information. Was not sure a space saver would fit my stock rim. I'll let you know.
