Hi, I have asked this before but in a typically bad six inch up van restoration where is the best place to start? front panel, rear quarters, under floor ( think the load floor is OK ). And then is it best to do a side a time or work from front to back or visa versa.
Im planning on replacing the whole front panel, or up to the screen at least, both side steps and the cab floors on the outsides. both rear quarters and battery tray, under floors and some repairs to load floors, jacking points and those areas in between that look Ok now but will be rotten when I get into it.
I have done a sinilar scale restoration on a beetle in the past, Bottom six new floors etc. Just seems a bit more daunting on the van.... probably because its that bit bigger!!!
