Sorry for not being on here for a while. I've had a few projects keep me tied up for a few week. I like the conversation so far. I've got the body ready to lift off of the pan so I can get started on the pan. I need to get some parts coming my way as well.

Well, I've been doing a ton of thinking and I am pretty committed on doing a full Lummus chassis now. Being a track only build I figured why not just do it now instead of later. Anyone have any advice for going down that road? So if theirs anyone in the central ohio area that would like to share freight on Parts from Lummus racing it looks like I'll be ordering one for spring 2018.

Pedals look like they are mounted on the left.

Its a left hand drive. We wanted to center me up but call me crazy, I don't particularly care for the look.

Looks really good! How narrow did you go in the rear?

Thanks guys, I appreciate the compliments. I have the rear tubes cut to 3 inches at the moment but I also have a 5 inch set. No one makes the 5 inch axles at the moment so I'll probably go 3. You guys have any advise on wheel offset with 8 inch slicks? I would like to run stock width fenders if possible.

I think people say 3.5 bs works okay. Definitely something worth measuring though, or ask Ron, he'd know.

Hi Gbaker.
I Too would like to see some pics of the rear spring plate set as my inner torsion bar spline mount is getting worn.
Cheers

Gents,

This is a ladder bar car so there is no spring plate. I will get some pics tomorrow for you.
