Well i finally made it happen. My mom has wanted a beetle for the longest time. Seen one pop up on the local buy and sell adds and it seamed to be a good deal.
Not sure on The motor details the owner didnt know much about it but it looks fairly new, dual carbs, disc brakes, an exhaust, trans strap, front and rear sway bars.
Interior needs to be re done and a major tune up.

Very nice, your mom should appreciate it the care you took in finding such a nice looking one. The only drawback is there is no bump-stops for the license plate to attach to.

Yeah it was an unfinished project. A bunch of new stuff came in boxes. No front and rear bump stops. So i did a valve adjustment, replace plugs, cap rotor and coil and this thing runs awesome
Now its time for a brake job. They are not doing their job 100%
