Which one to get

This is an odd situation and I need a sounding board from some car guys. I'm doing the Subaru conversion on my 70 standard. I have found two donor cars that I have to choose from. One is a 92 Legacy wagon, and was in an accident (rear end). the engine runs strong, and has 150,000 miles on it, but the engine check light stays on, may be just a OBD code that wasn't cleared when the accident happened. The other car is a clean 93 Legacy wagon. It has 230,000 miles on it. It also runs strong but no questionable engine light. Both cars have EJ22's in them. The 92" cost slightly more than the 93". I have a good idea of which one I'm going with, but I'd like some feedback that may highlight something that I'm not thinking about.

Check engine is more than likely a bad sensor i would go for the 150k motor
