Outfront Motorsports supports buggies and I believe offers an adapter for a type 1 transmission and might ship to Canada.

Thanks for the link I messaged them to see what the cost of shipping to saskatchewan canada is.
Hopefully less than the $450 shipping from amazon

I bought mine from Hecker Machine in Oregon. A little closer and one less tax.
