Welcome to the asylum... er, the STF!

One our listers just found himself with a 912E motor and is selling the tin/manifolds.
(craigvwdude)

912E motor is identical to a 914-2L save for the tin.
It should fit in your 911 pretty well., may need a rear mount bar or such.

A 935 widebody with a T4 might be... OK, you would HAVE to boost it

The 901 in the 914 can be converted to fit the 911, or you might be able to sell it and find a 912E trans, which is beefier.

Is the 914 saveable?
(~Where are you?)
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
