cleaning carpet overspray

I had my car painted about 2 years ago,and it has some overspray on the carpet. What can i use to clean it?

Goof-Off, or straight Xylene. Test in a hidden area before you try it - Xylene will eat some fibers. -

Acetone
I use it to clean paint brushes and cleaned paint out of some jeans one time.. It Also will get ink out of jeans

It can't be clean easily. You have to do more research to get ideas and tips to make it clean. But i suggests you to contact a local carpet cleaning service. They can do that.

Hi,

I think you should use Meguiar’s Carpet cleaner is one of the best. I have also used it once to clean the spray on the carpet. This cleaned the stain of spray without damaging the carpet.
