I am glad someone else was seeing that. I replayed it like 5 times to see, and I think he does, or atleast plant himself hard in the back. I think he's missing i na shot or two as well, wonder if the drivers noticed...
give a man a watch and he'll allways know what time it is. give him two and he can never be sure again.
Things are rarely just crazy enough to work, but they're frequently just crazy enough to fail hilariously.
I ran at Line Mtn today on the short obstacle course. Unfortunately I was the only super modified buggy there. I ended up getting second overall though behind a quad. I blew a tire in the last race and didn't have a great lap anyway. I had a good time though. The tire may not be salvagable though:-(
The videos were done on a flip camcorder so quality isn't great but it's reasonable. I have some in car video but I have to process that before uploading it.
I finally got time to put together a video from the Coal Bucket race at Line Mtn. It's the first time I've ever run it. This is the first lap of the race, so I was taking it easy trying to learn the course. It was a lot of fun. This course isn't nearly as harsh as the 3.5 and 7 milers. It's been nicknamed the "fast miler" since a large portion of the track is fairly fast. As you can see by the numerous cars littering the side of the track, even this is still tough on equipment. Sorry about the video quality, the camera doesn't deal well with going from shade to sunlight. In the section of the video I listed as the rough section, you'll see the car climbing up and down over things. Most of those are large rocks....
Enjoy.

hahaha that starsky and hutch video is a crack up! that guy in the back of the jeep ate crap into the rollbar so many times! hahahahahaha his face must have been blown up! that video just goes to show that seat belts truly are not needed for off road hahahahahahahaha
Another clip from a little later in the race. Plan was to take it easy but after a few laps I started to have fun and began to push things a little. Slower traffic can be a little frustrating and I overdid it passing a slower car:-0
I had to take it easy for a while after that to make sure the car was still in one piece. I could have sworn a had a tire down for quite a while but finally realized that wasn't the case. Enjoy...

Here's a video from Big Al's this weekend. It was shot on a flip video camera so the quality is only so so. It was only me and 2 stock cars. In the beginning of the video I pulled off to the side at the starting line to give them a head start. The turn where the video was being done was VERY slick as you'll see. I had a good time. We'll be doing it again later this month...the 28th I think.
