Tim's Green Bug...

Offroad VW based vehicles have problems/insights all their own. Not to mention the knowledge gained in VW durability.

I am going to call this mission, Rear End Structural Upgrade, complete. Garage area is clean and everything put away. Until next time... Might be Sunday... Seat mounts and driving. Then dustproofing.

Never mind. Driveway is a mess again...

I had planned to out on the town but my wife wanted a nap. One thing led to another and next thing you know we are going for ice cream in my new and improved bug.

I almost forgot to bypass my heater hoses, but a quick trip down under and it is good. Just letting it cool to too off the radiator.

Feels very solid now. Less clunks. Little more road noise. I had to raise the driver's seat 1" and I'm not used to it yet.

Of course, I do have stock length arms and combo spindles if needed, hmm.
