Got to drive my old buggy at Calico last weekend. SWMBO had never ridden in it and seemed impressed. I didn't tell her that it only had a stock 1600 D/P in it, that the 2.0L is still in our storage container.....
Might just have to build another one. Can't let that 2.0L simply waste away......
Off to see what I can find in major components (5.38 002, pan w/ title, body, etc.).
EDIT: Poked about a bit, looks like $10k would be a reasonable budget if I don't get too carried away. Input on bodies?

I don't think that we're quite there yet. This is still very preliminary. I'll need to sell the '65 Valiant before I can make a move.
