That company should steer you right. Maybe the case had 10mm case-savers (instead of 8mm) already installed.
I would personally lean towards the 90.5mm jugs for durability but then again, this isn't a street engine. A play buggy usually doesn't see 10,000 miles in its lifetime.

well i also they are doing a full flow oil thingy.. i think i can get around 30k + miles from it.. especially if its done right, i mean everything is balanced and 3 angle valve job, i also got a weber carb all i need is and exhaust.. but i think it can last longer. some of my uncles friends including mechanics use 1835's and well they go pretty fast and arn't rebuilding it every now and then. so i hope this last quiete a while im spending around 2300 including roll cage
