I brightened it up a bit in the GIMP, and yes, that is exactly what it looks like.

Yeah, I'm curious what he did too!
Looks a little like a belt drive variation of what the chain drive buggy guy posted.

I know this is off topic slightly, but the best bumper sticker (though politically and morally incorrect to some)

"The only trees I hug are the clubs I use on them damned baby seals"

This red beat to crap pickup also had another sticker that said "Born again Pagan"

It takes all kinds to make the world go round. I bet it'd rev a bit faster without some of the dead weight.
