If you make a batch of those shrouds, I'm interested in a set. I'm planning to do some research on how an electric fan would work. The last Saltzburg rally beetles used a Passat fan in the 70s. Thinking either a powerful fan from a water-cooled car or if that doesn't feed enough air (pressure) next stage will be ducted fans from RC jet planes.

There good, I moved into a new place and have been slammed at work but I should have the first ahrouds here in a f ew days. Anyone have mold release they reccomend?

To late, waxed up and ready to roll. Ended up using honey wax release agent. Also have some extra layer of release agent, not sure what the name is.
