Hi bug66. What are the specs on your turbo if you don't mind me asking?

You should definitely put a turbo on the black car!

Too small

It’s a T3/T4, stage 3, whatever that means.

I think the next will be a custom Precision 5862

They are already far above 400 whp at a lot lower boost than last year! And still fat and safe. Keep on with the good work M8!

Sweet! Goes to show that you don't have to have a crazy high tech turbo to get good numbers. Though it certainly does make it easier I suppose!

Old turbo design, small 2165cc engine.

But 501,5whp and 667nm/492 ft lbs to the tires!

Pig fat and lazy ignition, but it got there without a hiccup!

WOW! at what boost was that? This give me something to look forward to when I get back to the dyno with the new clutch in. I have no clue what my #s would be. I do not have the water to air intercooler but I do have an air to air on a 2234cc engine. I just hope it works out this time.

Congrats on your #s very impressive

Boost at peak hp and torque was 2,1 bars and dropped to 1,9 at 7000. Either due to a leak or that the turbo can't deliver the pressure. Will go over and check for leaks etc. :)

Narrowed and raised rear etc. Should get some meat under the rear fenders also :)
New car? Do tell more about that! Bug also or different platform?

PS congrats on the dyno numbers, awesome results! and I did not expect such huge gains tbh.
And congrats on your new PB, 10.2 if I got it right from FB right?

10,221 felt good!

The 60-foot is the best I've done at 1,404. There are more to do on both launch and big end. But I see I need a speed sensor to build more boost in 3rd and 4th than in the two first gears. Kind of slippery from time to time.. :D

A '59. Narrowed and lowered (raised transmission)

:)

More to come when I pick it up.
