Hi I have been looking here in the forum a few years..... now its time to post my project... I have buggy on which I have built vems engine management and turbo ...

Engine spec.
1600cc.
Refurbished AS41 engine block.
Stock crankshaft.
Stock conrods.
New AA c&p 85.5mm.
W100 cam.
Stock compression ratio.
Lightly ported cylinder heads 30 degree backcut on inlet valves.
Single HD valve springs.
KEP stage2 pressure plate.
Home made injection end pieces and fuel injector manifold.
Home made center piece 2" stainless steel with modifyed Toyota 4afe throttle body.
Home made hidden turbo exhaust manifold in 1.5" stainless steel.
Home made triggerwheel 36-1 (moped rear chainwheel).
370cc bosch ev6 injectors 0280156021.
gt1544vnt turbo.
Vems v3.1 with bluetooth upgrade
Wastedspark coil directly triggered from vems box.

Nice work, but how will you keep engine cool with fan pulling radiating heat from exhaust and turbine?

Rubenski <- it will get a intercooler at some point :-) right now iam worKing on a AEM water/meth injection system, pwm controled pump speed by vems

Rs58rag <- cht is not that bad 110-120C cuising at 100kmh

What could be wrong ?

Cyl 1 and 3 have this exhaust port color

I'm very interested as to how you chose your turbo. My engine is pretty similar to yours.

could it be fuel injectede at the wrong time/ wrong cylinder vs injection driver ?
