I'm getting videos together and editing. The go pro didn't like the bright light, so I need to move it for the next event.

This weekend we went back for the World of Speed event. I ran 155.089 and 161.395 MPH for a record in G/CBGC of 158.242 MPH. I had a top speed of 161.898 at 6800 rpm and only 15 lbs of boost.

Well 2 of my records got bumped up by a turbo Saab this year so im thinking of building this back up, turning up the boost, and getting them back. Im thinking a new case with 10mm head studs and possibly different intake. Either the new cb high flow castings, plenum intakes, or something off of an IDF intake. The new target will be around 170 mph.

Well then.......lets take it back from the Saab guys! Pretty sure we're all here for ya for the support. What can we all do to make it all happen ? :)

Yes, We need to have them back in the hands of a VW. The records are now 162.909 and 164.162 I ran 161.395 at 14-15 lbs of boost, so I know this is doable. I just need to figure out what is the best way to make the intake flow a little better. As is I ran 20 lbs of boost and it was making good power, but I think the stock end castings were a a bit of a bottle neck. They were matched to the heads and opened up to 1 3/4" on the intake side, but still probably not the best.

Get some CB ones, they are beefier and may allow more porting. !
