Punch my numbers in...7.8:1, 24 lbs boost, 110 ft altitude.

It's all a matter of fuel, ignition and IAT management. Spend some money on the right parts and you too will have a nice combo.
Judging by your numbers I should be able to run 21 psi which would be good for 350 hp. That's waaaay more than I need.
By the way my plan is to build the engine and put it in the car and run it with a carb. Not sure if I will keep it easy with draw through or blow through one of the carbs. Drive it real easy for break-in and not break-in my trans! Then have the trans built. Hopefully the timing will work that I don't break the trans before the new one is done. Once it's in and I have it running well probably on low boost (5-6psi), Then start on the megasquirt.

No idea, too sciency for me. Put it in, set it to 0 and then run it. It if has no bottom end, pull oil pump, advance a couple degress and try again.

86a will definitely keep the heads happier for longer. But will YOU be as happy?

Beats me?? I asked John at AC.net and he wanted to sell me a TCS-10 (.430/.420 lift and .247/.236 duration).
I'm wondering too if I should get a Web on a 112 lobe. I really should call Web. They could probably be a big help. They've been at it a looong time.
Most of the roads I will drive on are 50 mph and stoplights every 1/4 mile or so. Probably a waste to even build something like this.

Well my guy at work doesn't seem to be gettinng on boring my case. Guess I need to box it up and ship it out west. Although Fisher Buggies is only a few hours away. Maybe I will just haul it over there.

My only complaints on the Panchitos
1. the sealing surface around the top of the ports is thin and my other mildly ported intakes wouldn't seal up. It seems like the ports could have been moved down a little in the casting along with the studs. You can see how the right stud is barely on the intake flange.

2. The push rods would barely clear the heads. I had to pull the heads back off and clearance where the push rods come through.

That's surprising. I thought they were supposed to be super awesome. That intake area is weird. Not much sealing area there.

Guess you could always add some 'weld' and re-machine flat  ,but for the $$$$ spent it on these thing's you'd think they would be 'Perfect'

That was my thought. The studs are centered on the port, but the whole surface seems off. I thought they were supposed to be the hot new casting with everything fixed on them. I was disappointed in what I received. I sent a few emails to CB and heard nothing. I would look at some of the AA heads, for the money they look pretty good.

Odd, looks a bit lop sided, loads of area above the port but not below... but hey, if it works!!...

Yeah I have had second thoughts about using any CB products simply because there is no support. I'm sure most of their stuff is amazing, but it sure would be nice to get more info on it.

I called a few weeks ago and told someone I needed some help selecting turbo parts. She said " you need to talk to Pat". "Call back in 45 minutes". I called back and I actually got connected with Pat. Unfortunately he got a phone call and had to go before I really had any of my questions answered. Sure would have been nice to have picked his brain. Surely he's built more turbo engines than everyone else combined.
He did recommend Panchitos though.

All my experiences with CB parts have been less than amazing. At best their stuff seems workable. At worst, well your manifold surface says it all. :(

Ive been searching around trying to find other pictures people have posted with Panchitos. No luck so far.
Really if you want cnc heads they are the only game around as far as I know.
