Thought I would add this to the thread as well. A comparison between NA when I had dual ITBs to 2 pulley sizes for 8 and 11.5 psi.

I believe if I would have idled down a little further before throttling for the pull, I would have had an even higher torque number. Maybe even broke 130 :)

The shape of the those power curves is amazing. Opposite of what I'm used to seeing. I assume as the blower gets faster and the charge hotter, your efficiency goes down?

I made the last race of the year up here in the PNW at the West Coast Grudge season finals. Since these were grudge races the light was instant green. That was hard to adjust to. The guy in the other lane was staged before I finished my burnout. As soon as my 2nd bulb lit, I was trying to set my line loc and the light went green. I have it a rev and dumped the clutch. I only managed about 2800 rpms before launching. I was running 15psi in my slicks and the track was prepped really well with all the fast cars running. Needless to say, they hooked really well and just about stalled my car bringing my rpm all the way down to 1100 rpms :| BUT, It was on boost, still about 9psi 8) Despite the crap show launch I pulled off a personal best with the AMR500 setup so far!! Good day

Nice job on the PB! Gotta stop using that line loc on the line. Its a dumb name. Burnout lock is what it should be called. Use the ebrake for launching.

I dislike using the e-brake. I can't keep my hand on the shifter. Using the lin loc is very quick usually. Lite the 2nd bulb, depress the pedal hard, pull the button and rev it up.

According to my log, there was 1.27s from the time that my wheels stopped rolling to the launch. You can see my R/T was 1.4, and I did a .71 previously. I think this pass would have been a 15.2x or 15.3x had I gotten a chance to get ready... The world may never know :)

So when is this kit going up for sale? AMR Supercharger with EFI. I want to take my buggy engine and put it in my bug but I want EFI and boost. this looks like a good package.

It is technically for sale. I'm just not pushing sales for it very hard. It takes a special person for this setup as it's not very straightforward. I'm working to make it a little simpler and cheaper to produce as well. As it sits right now a complete AMR supercharger package with EFI is right around $4800. That would get you to 4-5psi on a stock 1600 which is fun but makes you want more. Once you go small on the pulley adding water injection is a must putting the total over 5k. It's better than starting over building a stroker though. Using a mid-size pulley nets over 80 wheel hp adding 20hp over stock.
