Have you always wanted to Megasquirt your bus but weren’t sure you wanted to go through the hassle of doing it yourself? With this bus I’ve done the hard part, you can reap the rewards. Here is a list of the work that’s been done on this bus:
Fully Megasquirted using a Megasquirt 2 box with the daughterboard running MSExtra 3.0q and an Innovate LC-1 Wideband sensor. A laptop is included in the price and used for tuning.
Mallory Unilite Optical Distributor with Taylor spark plug wires.
Rewired with a Watson Streetworks VW kit. (No more ceramic fuses)
Brother VW Machine Shop Heads
Custom Cold Air Intake
New Hydraulic lifters
New fuel lines,
New battery
New coil
I'm currently working on the interior. I just added a Sony stereo 2- 4.5 inch speakers and 2- 6x9 speakers. There is nothing from the original Westy in the interior, when I bought it all the cabinets where beyond repair. The zbed in the main body area is there and in working condition
The top is in good condition, and the tent is new. There are new foam mattresses up top that have never been slept on.
Passed smog and the licensing is up to date.
