LED Tail Lights

Working on a customers dune buggy.
Converting it from 6 to 12 volts, installing new engine and so on.
They are wanting to increase the rear visibility.
Thinking about LED lights on the back but need to keep the Mustang style rear lamps.
Any company making a replacement assembly to replace these or maybe a conversion?
