Windshield/ Front Roll bar

Post by Kelroy »

Has anyone thought of doing this yet? With the windshield of today that are justed glued in and all. I just dont like the look of a windshield post and a Roll Bar obstructing the view.

Any thoughts.

Looks Good But I guess I was refering to the point of Fiberglass body and building a cage that can be removed. Every dunebuggy I have seen with a cage goes in after body is mounted in one piece and sandwhiches body between frame and cage. I my case it would have to go thru the body and connect to the frame to make a windshield mounting point.

Did you get the PM I sent? I am down at the dunes now and went out to take pictures but I forgot that the pan gasket covers things. I think I still have enough pictures to give you some ideas.

We will be home later in the week.

My opinion is worth slightly less than what you paid for it.
