Meyers Manx SR

Post by mr.vman »

Looking to buy a Meyers Manx SR, I have been considering an SR for some time, time has arrived (like I need another car). Problem, there are no sites I can find for the SR. There was a site but it has been taken down. Is there a site I can go to for information? Even build instruction sites have been taken down or outdated. What is going on with this car? My understanding is, there is a person with the molds to make parts, any information on that individual? What about cars for sale or bodies? Thank you for the time and information, Steve V. Usually a handful for sale on Samba. The car hasn't been produced in decades, there is a guy in NC who has a few molds and will pull parts if asked nicely - he doesn't do it for a business. Vince can be contacted here http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/ ... id=1105228
I might have the build instructions somewhere from when I had my car, I'll see if I can find them in a file. Of course, another resource is here http://www.dunebuggyarchives.com/forum/ ... .pl?bid=23

Try Iguana on STF. He may be able to assist.

Thank you for the reply. What is Iquana at STF? Is that a web site or?
