question about adding oil filter

Who has tryed a oil pump Cover that's has a spot for a spin on oil filter?? Any issues with using one???

They have been around for decades. Sometimes the filter will want to occupy the same space as part of the exhaust and sometimes the pulley tin will rub on pump cover and will require some minor reformation.

Thanks for the info ps2375.. Im pretty sure the one I'm gonna use has been around for awhile.. heres a pic of it.. my turbo header has good clearance in that area.. but I'll make sure to double check

Depending upon the clearance issue, a smaller filter, or even a filter relocation kit can remedy 99% of problems. I had to relocate my filter when I went to a merged header exhaust system.
