Post that car up in the ghia forum.
Hot, humid air is less dense than cooler, drier air. This can allow a golf ball to fly through the air with greater ease, as there won't be as much resistance on the ball.

Pink? I thought it was blue. I hate being color blind! :)

I THINK I have a picture posted in the Ghia forum, but it's been a while.

My Ghia has a 2007cc, CB FI/Turbo, a Rancho tranny with Bus CVs, a Franklin's 4" narrowed beam, discs all around, and more other things than I care to type. :)

A street only Ghia that's a blast to drive.

Dude, you have a PINK Volkswagen.....That means that you MUST (by law of the Shop Talk Forums) take it to the track! Immagine the look on some guy's face when he tells his buddy "so I took my Mustang to the track today and got beat by a pink Volkswagen...." .

Just guessing, I would say 12 lbs. The wastegate can be used with one or two springs, and can also be adjusted. I've only run a single spring which should give 12-15 lbs.

I have a boost gauge, but once boost kicks in, I watch the road and not the gauges. I have a pro light for the OP, and a shift light so I don't have to watch anything but the road.

I need someone to ride with me and watch the boost gauge to see what it reads, but so far, no one has ever ridden in it.

Yeah I know what you mean. We were trying to tune my car at the track and every time I went down the track all I was thinking before I left the line was look at the boost gauge and every time I got back to the trailer they would ask me how many lbs ? Shoot you cant look at any thing but where your going. That's a handful of a ride. 8)
