what heads do you have? The gasket set for Porsche 3 stud heads would be the same one for the 2.0 GA case 914.

actually, i have some clean 1.8s and an awsome pair of 2.0s (0 cracks) as well the machine shop was trying to get me to sell them :D . i'm not sure which way i want to go right now. going to build a 2056 for my first build. maybe 2270 later on when i get more confidence.

suggestions on the heads? i think i know what you'll say though... :-)

will also like to ask you for a suggestion on a CAM too.

street driven, daily, type 1 bug (maybe ghia later), power between 2000-5500 rpm..

i already have my wish list from you site. still have to contact either len or adrian to rebuild my heads.

thanks again jake.

Gotta make the decision on heads first!

if i rebuild the 2.0 heads, they will probably be just a stock rebuild, if the 1.8s are rebuilt, they will be somewhat stock but bigger valves a bit of porting/polishing. nothing crazy.

anyhow, what would you suggest? i'm open for ideas.

thanks jake.
