Whether I got screwed in price or not, I finally found a working engine analyzer in decent condition. Been wanting one of these for years...Now, if I could only find a fairly priced, working distributor machine!!!

Back in the late 50's or early 60s my boss took a loan out for over $3000 for one similar to that but all red. I think it was a Sun brand but that was a long time ago. I remember the price as he used that to tell me why I couldn't touch it.

What model sun is it? We have a Sun 450. A very nice machine. 5 gas analyzer, two channel oscilloscope, low amp probe, etc.

It's a Sun Engine Analyzer MEA-1500.

very slick! I have a 4 gas analyzer, this just made me realize there is TONS of space left over on the cart for some custom tools!
