replacement of portatools cutters

can anyone help with the replacement of the little round cutters for the early portatool vw700 cutters? they are about 5mm (3/16'')? i believe the holders can be drilled also a little bigger, if there is a suitable replacement. Thanks

i broke mine one time and was able to find 1/4 round carbide braised tool bit from one of the tool suppliers but that was some years ago.. i have been looking for some new ones and all the suppliers that i have checked with don't even show them in their catalog any more if i find someone that has them i will email you and let you know..

Possibly something like a holder with replaceable indexable tip... Little grinding or modification...

it looks a completely different setup, i hope to hear some good news about replacement. in the meantime i will try redressing some of the unbroken ones.

these square ones are the later model. all different.
