Hi in denmark we are experiencing trouble with the dq200 dry clutch 7 speed gearbox..... vw is trying to convince us that it's a local climate problem.... they are saying that it is moisture on the clutch

The problem is that the clutch for 1-3-5-7 gear is sliding.... when driving slowly you can see that the tachometer it jumping in very small steps.... when driving in 3 or 5 with full throttle the tachometer jumps 200-300rpm....

Have any of you seen this problem?

Can you get out of the log the oil pressure for the clutch? If it is moisture, I think it shall be observed both for 1-3-5-7 and for 2-4-6-R, not only for one of them. I'll try to ask if this is a known issue from the ECU, I work in this domain. I do not understand the difference between Group358 and 359, I do not know of a transmission input speed shaft and two others separately (Input speed shaft 1 and 2). Normally on transmission you have only ISS1 and ISS2 and maybe output speed shaft, and transmission input shaft could be the engine RPM.

I haven't seen a group with oilpressure.... but group 9 show the dutycycle on the valve that's controlling the clutch pressure ...

Group 358 it actually engine rpm

Group 359 is rpm on input shaft 1 (1-3-5-7gear)

The picture log is made in 3 gear...

I would ask VW to explain how a damp climate knows what gear you're using.

Ha.... yes good question.... but some of us with problems, have found that on Cyprus a very warm an dry place..... there are also some vw drivers with the same problem.

I think some of you are located in USA, is this a problem in the warmer states.... or at all in USA.... I think Vw is a bit more scared about having bad products "over there"

I have been searching vw dealers in Canada, Texas and California.... and for example the Vw jetta 1.4T 2017 is only with a 6 speed autobox and I believe that is is not even a DSG autobox....

In Europe the only autobox you can get with a 1.4T engine is a DSG 7 speed dry clutch dq200

Hi, were you been able to resolve this issue? I'm experiencing same behavior.
