For more neg. camber at ~zero to low cost, you can add a spacer to the "far" end of the torsion bar up to ~4mm thick, fits in the spline socket. (The bar sets the arm location) has to clear the splines.
Put a stud and nut on the bar instead of the bolt, and glue or carefully tack the spacer on.
The lower bar grease seal will need some love.
The torsions still hit the needle bearings fully at 4mm, you could probably get away with 6mm with frequent inspections, but ...
