Interesting but I don't know what he is saying. The Freio, is it a VW Rabbit? There are some things I am not completely sure of but it is interesting to say the least.

One of the things I saw that I would be leery of was the double Zee shaped tie-rods. Not fond of bends in tie-rods especially where there are going to be a lot of loads applied including banging on the tires and wheels.

Not sure about the tube style trailing arms in the rear either. To be honest I am more involved in rougher usage than I think this design is for. It might be OK for street only but other than that...

"Fusca" is Portuguese for Beetle. Google Translate returns the same result in Spanish or Portuguese, "Chassis of Beetle with IRS Suspension Disc brake Ratchet and Adjustable Frame".

Bumpsteer looks atrocious on that rack, but it probably is OK once some weight is on the pan.

I believe that may be parts from the Brazilian made dkm/vw PUMA GT and or superbeetle

just have never seen the rear trailing arm setup

Presumably the offsets in the tierods are needed to provide clearance at/near full steering lock; they look like OEM parts - should be more than adequate for most usage (a lot of old Detroit iron had much scarier-looking bends in their steering linkage, on far heavier cars).
What shocked me was the huge sections lopped out of the frame horns (way more than needed for CV/axle clearance). Would have to see how they braced them on the underside to know, but the flat-stock that's visible doesn't look like it'd resist bending very well.
