Thanks Bob! That might come in handy. I would rather not switch calipers, but I might have to to get what I want. But before I do that I'll be pricing 944 set ups. Running fatter tires on a Ghia kind of limits what you can do though.

he has done some machining work for me i can highly recommend him he is fast he is accurate his prices are very reasonable and he knows his sh!t one of the really true talents i have run in to in my 25 years in the vw hobby unfortunately he is located in toronto canada but none the less at least check out his website just a while ago he drilled and studded a set of t1 rotors for me and also cross drilled them as well his work is quality and he is honest about what you can and cannot do
he showed me a little trick with jetta calipers on stock t1 steel irs arms thats just killer which will also give me ebrakes back something i need to do before the MAN catches up with me
