Old wires

Post by harryset »

Is there a way to help bring out the color a little bit in the old, faded, wiring?

Maybe scrap the oxidation/fade off surface with sharp edge of knife..... Maybe some protective solutions like ARMORAL...

I've been taking my old wires and rubbing them down with un-diluted simple green and then media blasting the ends...But the one wire I'd say hardest to get the color back is the oil pressure sender wire a the sensor, they live a hard life.
