I've only seen adapters from 4x130 to 5x130 and 5x4¾". You can buy aftermarket rotors that're 4x100 and "10-hole" (both 5x130 and 5x4¾"). So far as I'm aware, for any other PCD you'd need to start with "blank" aftermarket rotors and drill/thread (better yet, drill/stud) to match the wheel.
To adapt from 4x130 to 5x4¾" requires that one stud be a double-ended eccentric; while it might be possible to make an adapter from 4x130 to 5x4½" the amount of offset that would need to be built into that stud would leave it rather weak IMO - for 5x4½" drilling a blank rotor and using a spacer (if req'd) would be the way to go.

Pushing my luck. I've seen Model A 19" and 21" rims on a beetle kit car. Shay Model A are a Pinto bolt patter. '36 Ford were 17" or maybe 16" but the tires were wider.

I was told 1936 Ford Kit. I could not find it online as to what it really is.

Most likely they're 5x5½", that'd be possible on a VW rotor (or to have custom adapters built for it).

Measure from the center of one hole to the center of the adjacent one and divide by .588 to determine the bolt circle ("PCD").
For a 5½" PCD that measurement will be just shy of 3¼".
A quick approximation can be made by measuring from the center of one hole to the outside edge of one of the holes across from it (obviously the accuracy varies depending upon the diameter of the holes, but it's close enough to discern a ¼" difference.

Certainly looks as though it's the `66-`71 Karmann-Ghia/Type III rotors with adapters to go from the 4x130 PCD to that of the wire wheels.
Note that there are two versions of those rotors, one that's hubcentric and one that isn't - and many parts-sellers use the same part number for both
Many wheels and adapters/spacers will not fit over the center ring of the hubcentric type.

K&L beam and what looks to be mid-30's wire wheels. Are you using an adapter or are the rotors drilled for the wheels. How many lugs. what is the spacing between lugs and what is the size of tire? You could be using any of several wire wheel but they look large in dia and narrow in width.
My first guess would be after market type 3 rotors that were drilled to match what ever bolt pattern you are using.
The '36 Ford kits I've seen are full rendered but you have cycle fenders and w/o the rib in the center of the fender those are not '36 Ford spare tire covers we used for cycle fenders back in the '50 -'60s. If you do a Craig's list search for Portland OR using kit car as a subject there is a hammered '36 on VW pan up for sale.
Based on what little i can see of your body (the steering shaft through the side panel w/cover) it looks to be a Buggetti Fraser Nash or one of those kits. Any of them would fit in my garage with pleasure.
