This is what I'm seeing when I strobe with SAW disconnected...
So I think that the timing is fine
MS1 and tunerstudio timing problem.

That is 10° B(efore)TDC
TS doesn't know if SAW is connected or not. That is the beauty of the edis system. It can go into limp mode even if the ecu has troubles. Your readings are correct.
