basic setup, general/lags, towards the bottom.

Assumes MS2-extra 3.xx, 3.1.1 is current stable FW code.
(3.12//um 3.13a is current beta, but it fixed a long standing intermittent single cycle miss for me, effects low tooth count wheels)
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
