Just make your own it's very simple, here are 2 that I have done recently with no problems I even added the recovery line. I angle them to avoid filling them with gas when I refuel and makes the flow easier on the return line no splashing.

Why not just use that breather hole to the left in the bottom pic?

You need two extra lines, one returns the excess fuel to the tank and the other hooked to the breather feeds the fumes to the motor to be burned up as part of the emissions, I could have eliminated it but kept everything stock (subaru). I didn't want the return line that close to the filler cap.
