My project has hit a bit of a lull while I try and source some parts. The one thing that I can not find is some Mexi FI End Castings. I know I can get them in the set from Mario or Antonio, but I just want the endcastings. Also, the $300 price tag on the high flow CB Performance ones is a bit steep for me.
With this said, who has welded in injector ports in non-injector end castings or dual carb manifolds? And how do I go about doing this? I would like to do this on a pair of IDA or IDF manifolds, or even a pair of stock dual port end castings.

Re: Welding in FI Ports
I've done it. Lots of pages and videos come on on google too.
The basic are select location (height, angle). Machine in pockets. Insert inject bungs. Fixure. Weld in.
