This effects new vehicles (2007 and up) but basically means that all the "secret" dealer-only repair tools/codes and data are now wide open.

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

That can be good or it can be bad. I am worried about the driverless and flying cars and the effect when "stupid" ("stupid" in this case covers a lot of territory) realizes what can be done to miss-use them.
