What fuel pump do I need to get for the CB EFI system ? The instructions says 45lbs
Can this be purchased at Auto Zone ? if so what car do I say I need it for ?

Have them look up a 1989 Ford F150. They use an external EFI pump. CARTER P74028

Just about any external fuel pump for EFI will work.

You will still need a regulator to achieve the 45 psi.

That is the non-bosch version that fits the gas 2.9l 1986-88 fuel injected bronco2s, I also have never heard anything bad about them. I use one in my B2 with good success.

But in factory form they have a lift pump in the tank and a neat old school fuel filter (kind of a paper based mini system-1)
Yeah some may call it overkill, but you can't have too much overkill.
