Running MSII v3.57 on a 1600 with an '89 Volvo 240 GL airbox, mexi-manifolds, narrow-band sensor, 147cc Bosch top-feed injectors, and a 009 ignition for now. Installed EDIS but just trying to get the fuel tune sorted first.

You guys are so funny with your comments !!!! LMAO !!! They are old hilborn mechanical that i converted to top mount injection , i have 30# dodge charger injectors in it now , will be on e-85 so i think they should be good for natrually aspirated ..

Willo, if you flip your CLT sensor so the element is closer to the heat (by the head) it will work better. Any puddle you drive through will make your sensor read cold.

Injectors will be good for about 130 or so HP. Is that within your target? I was running 51lb injectors @ 65psi fuel pressure on E85 to keep up with my system a couple years ago when making about 200hp(ish)

lol, yeh Im making about 40kW at the wheels on e85, the injectors are pretty perfect match for that peak PW is about 10ms, you can follow the link in my sig for the full thread on samba. happy NYE!
