Reading info
Can anyone suggest any good readying to help with trying to figure out this tuner studio? All this new software is confusing.

New tuner studio is better than old tuner studio. Almost every feature has a blue question mark next to it. You can click on it and it will tell you about the feature.

Okay, I'll have to check that out the next time I am out in the garage. The way the weather has been lately here in Michigan, that could be next week.

Re: Reading info
may I ask what version of tuner studio your running? I believe mine is the latest version. 2.5.14 and MS extra 3.2.4. I see that ms has a new extra 3.3.1. Is it worth loading?

Re: Reading info
It is always a good idea to run the current release firmware.
The features added and bugs fixed make it well worth it.
(also, if you have any problems upgrade to current is the first order of business, as the devs are not going to try and debug old code)
I have personally been running the alphas etc essentially since day 1, several years now.

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

Re: Reading info
Sorry for a very noob question but where can you see what firmware your running? I update several months ago but seem to be running into postings and questions of if I have update and now I am thinking i need to verify I am current.
Thanks,

Just for anyone else who still wonders, the TS version and firmware version (when connected) will be shown in the programs window title at the top,,,, at least in Linux or Windows. (probably MacOSX.x too)

Good day,
I was over at MSextra and came across this:
http://www.msextra.com/forums/viewtopic ... 01&t=53211
I implemented this to my tunerstudio and it works flawlessly. The TS software now was a help tab in each topic you inquire.
I find it handy, instead of looking for info in my laptop, Internet, etc, you have a quick reference instantly.
