ignition power by main relay

hello!
I was wondering if I could power the ignition (wasted spark coil pack)
with the main relay?
I read its advised to power it via the fuel pump relay.
would it make a difference?

I've been pulling the fuse for the coils and doing tests with the ECU. It's pretty handy that it's a different circuit with its own relay.

Also you can have the key on without powering up the coils and maybe burning them.
