I would like to make a suggestion that would benefit the entire community in term of uploading images so that it would be much easier to use (instead of having to deal with Photobucket and others). It would also depend on how much disk space is available on the hosting that you use. The script is called phUploader. I have used it myself when I ran a forum a few years back without a problem, and still use it to this day for other web based transfers on machines that do not have an FTP client on them.
It is configurable so that certain types of images can be uploaded, as well as a maximum size allowed. Depending if the hosting is on a Windows server, (Usually with the Unix/Linux servers you don't need to do this sort of alteration) some of the "<?" tags would have to be converted to "<?php" (minus the quotes on both of them) in order to run unless the PHP environment variable short_open_tag is set to on by the hosting company or through some variable in (and if) there is a hosting control panel that you can manage/edit the PHP environment variables for the particular site as some hostings do have this feature.
Another suggestion would be to create a catch-all email address with something like GMail and create an account on Zymic web hostings (or any free webhosting that supports PHP) with the catch all address for any emails that the hosting sends out..
It is just a suggestion that might be of help and make it easier on everybody else.
