Cookie cutters on a 1302?

Post by Blake R »

Will 15x7 porsche cookie cutters fit all around? I have cip1 tapered springs in the front. I am not opposed to running a little bit of a spacer if needed.

I believe those are +23 offset, which should clear the tapered springs, but will be at the outer edge (or past it). I'm just getting back in to the VW world, but from what I have seen on a Super, to run 7" wheels on the front, you generally need more positive offset, along with the small diameter coil-over style springs.

I'm running cookie cutters on my 1303. they do stick out though. I'm running full 944 front brakes, with custom crx/ 944 struts. the rear are just standard 944 disc.
