17's and 18's for rims... show me your rims!

Post by DjMatio »

I have a 1971 super, and want 17's in front, 18's out in back. problem is I can't decide on which style i like!! There are so many, and it's hard to see what they look like on the car. I was thinking about these styles:

well i can't seem to find the other ones right now.. i'll post later.

If you guys have big rims, post pics! i'd love to see what other people have.

Now that i have a job making good money, this car might actually move. :) i really wanted my car to look like the red racer from germanlook.com, the one with the bright red paint and black rims. sick!

Hi,
I am building my 54 beelte at the moment and have decided on some boyd coddington billett wheel and I want the same offset and size of your carrera cup wheels. Do you know what all the specs are on those wheels?
Or just the year, which porsche and size?
This would be great, thanks

I have choosen the Cobra style wheels on the boyd website,

Here is my car, I went the same route as phat73vw, 4x100 bolt pattern cheaper than porsche wheels but still gives it that drastic effect.. 205/40/17 all the way around.. This pic is from last year, need to take some new ones as car looks a little different now. They are VOXX FA wheels 17x7.
